Doane Grant Thornton in Toronto, ON is seeking a Senior Analyst, People & Culture Systems [Workday] to act as SME for Workday HCM, configure processes, and drive optimization.
You will partner with People & Culture, Payroll, Technology and Finance to translate business needs into Workday solutions, maintain data, support releases, and develop reports. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years HRIS/Workday experience are required; hybrid work model.

To be successful in the role Senior Analyst, People & Culture Systems [Workday], this team member will have proven experience at minimum Core HCM modules and some Workday Reporting and Security, within a complex, high-volume environment; preferably in the professional services industry.

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors-your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $75,000-$103,000 in Toronto, ON. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
