Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the enterprise risk framework, risk assessments, monitoring protocols, and periodic risk reporting.
• Identify emerging risks and trends, evaluate significant business issues, and recommend mitigation and improvement actions.
• Prepare and present visual reports, presentations, and workshops for business stakeholders, senior leaders, the Board, and committees.
• Follow up with action owners on risk mitigation and remediation, and collaborate with Assurance and Advisory teams on risk and compliance activities.
• Integrate risk management into strategic planning and business processes, and lead initiatives to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in business operations, consulting, project management, internal audit, or external audit/advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, business acumen, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO and COSO is preferred. MBA, CPA, PMP, CRM, CIA, CISA, or a similar designation is an asset.

Compensation

Hiring range: $80,000–$110,000 per year.
