What You'll Be Doing
As the Senior Analyst, Delivery Governance, reporting to the Director, Portfolio Management, you will execute and manage the end-to-end delivery controls reviews for all projects within the Personal & Business Banking (PBB) and Commercial Banking & Wealth Management (CBWM) portfolio to ensure Project, Program, and Portfolio Management (PPPM) policy and Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) guidelines and best practices are followed. You will provide and share recommendations with the delivery community on best practice in providing evidence of adherence to project delivery policies, guidelines, and processes.

How You’ll Succeed
- Delivery Governance – Execute delivery reviews for all initiatives/Programs/Projects/Campaigns deemed in scope. This includes ensuring deliverables are complete and validating that documentation follow PPPM policy and EDF guidelines.
- Delivery Reviews Reporting – Responsible for providing recommendations to the PMO Director, supported by well-articulated justifications. PMO Director’s approval is required for delivery review assessment results and feedback to next phase of the initiatives.
- Delivery Guidance – Provide governance expertise with value-added, practical and guided information on EDF governance and best in class delivery practices to enable the organization to maintain adherence to the delivery controls. Conduct training sessions, walkthroughs and/or informational sessions as needed.
- Communication – Ensure open communication and relationship with Project Delivery stakeholders, Technology Partners, and PMO is maintained and leveraged as needed to improve on their adoption of the business governance guidelines and best practice.
- Relationship Management – Advocate/facilitate information gathering and sharing with the business leaders, owners, project delivery managers, technology, and PMO throughout the execution of portfolio management and delivery governance functions. Seek and foster cooperation at all times to timely achieve shared business goals and priorities.

- You can demonstrate experience. In project management, project coordination, project portfolio governance, project methodology, and/or related role. Experience delivering presentations. Proficiency with Planview is an asset.
