Lead, Senior Analyst IT, Information Security (SECOPS) – Remote

Note : All head office associates must be proficient in French, spoken and written. The position is REMOTE : The candidate must reside within 250 km of BOUCHERVILLE (QC).

Under the supervision of the Operational Security Service Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving system security issues, ensuring safety and security measures are effective.

Responsibilities include :

  • Guiding the security team and supporting the implementation of security measures.
  • Developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
  • Conducting security audits and assessments.
  • Staying updated with security trends and technologies.
  • Mentoring junior security staff.
  • Assisting with security incidents and alerts.
  • Supporting existing security solutions and proposing improvements.
  • Validating security mechanisms and supporting security infrastructure.
  • Testing controls, analyzing network activity, and collaborating with administrators.
  • Participating in developing security standards and researching emerging products.
  • Being available outside regular hours for urgent situations.

Technical requirements :

  • Degree in computer science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in computer security.
  • Knowledge of network and information system security components.
  • Experience with security tools like Microsoft Sentinel, Elastic, Cloudflare, Fortinet, CISCO.
  • Solution-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
