Jobber is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics for a 12‑month contract to join our Analytics team. You will own analytical workstreams and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

You’ll perform exploratory analyses, build dashboards, and translate findings into actionable recommendations while using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve speed and quality of insights.

Qualifications

• Expert-level SQL skills with complex relational data.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities for exploratory analysis and performance measurement.
• Experience applying segmentation, cohort analysis, scenario analysis, impact evaluation, or experimentation.
• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into analytical questions and carry analyses from exploration to insights.
• Act as analytical thought partner to surface opportunities and practical next steps.
• Perform hands-on exploratory analyses to identify trends, risks and drivers of performance.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools for scalable decision-making.
• Communicate findings with clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
