Jobber in Canada is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics on a 12-month contract to join the Analytics team. You will own analytical workstreams across cross-functional initiatives, translating objectives into structured questions, performing hands-on analysis, and delivering insights to drive strategic decisions.

You will develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools, collaborate with Analytics, BI, Data Science, and other teams, and communicate findings with clear narratives

Qualifikationen

• Expert-level SQL skills with complex relational data.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with exploratory analysis, performance measurement, and custom analytics.
• Experience applying segmentation, cohort analysis, scenario analysis, impact evaluation, or experimentation.
• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau and data storytelling.
• Experience with Python for analysis is an asset.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription businesses, or cross-functional analytics is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into well-scoped analytical questions and independently carry analyses from exploration to insights.
• Act as analytical thought partner to surface opportunities, challenge assumptions, and recommend next steps.
• Perform hands-on exploratory analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance.
• Apply segmentation, cohort analysis, scenario analysis, impact measurement, and experimentation.
• Evaluate impact of initiatives and help stakeholders iterate.
• Develop metrics, reporting, dashboards, and decision-support tools for scalable decision-making.
• Communicate findings with clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to improve exploration, analysis, QA, documentation, and communication while validating outputs.
• Collaborate with Analytics, BI, Analytics Engineering, Data Science, and other teams to ensure quality.
