Job summary
Jobber is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics on a 12-month contract to join our Analytics team. You will own analytical workstreams across cross-functional initiatives, translating objectives into insights and practical recommendations.
Based in Canada, candidates in Edmonton or other hub cities can apply; you will use SQL, Python, and Tableau to analyze customer data, develop dashboards, and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Expert-level SQL with complex relational data.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for exploratory and decision-support analytics.
- Experience applying segmentation, cohort analysis, scenario analysis, impact evaluation, or experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into analytical questions and insights.
- Perform hands-on exploratory analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance.
- Apply segmentation, cohort analysis, scenario analysis, impact evaluation, and experimentation to support decisions.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools for scalable decision-making.
- Communicate analytical findings with clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
