Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking an Analyst, Program (Customer management Execution & Customization) to lead high-visibility projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive program execution from initiation to production integration.

The role requires 5+ years in program management or change management, with strong PM principles, bilingual French/English, and proficiency in MS Office & Power BI. Hybrid work options are available within Canada.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field, preferably in Project Management.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Program Management and Change Management within the aviation industry is considered a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility projects related to customer customization requests, ensuring flawless execution from project launch through final integration into production.
• Act as a key contributor within the value chain by coordinating action plans and facilitating seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation without compromising quality.
• Make informed and strategic decisions by proactively identifying risks related to schedule and cost, developing practical alternative solutions, and providing clear visibility to leadership.
• Demonstrate influential leadership by mobilizing cross-functional teams and helping prioritize critical issues in a dynamic environment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and actively contributing to process enhancements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders across all levels of the organization in a stimulating environment focused on our customers, our people, and our results.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a university degree in a related field, preferably in Project Management, and possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Program Management and Change Management within the aviation industry is considered a strong asset.
• You have a solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
• You possess excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills.
• You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
