Sportchek is seeking a Senior Analyst in Oakville, ON to transform customer and financial data into actionable insights and forecast enterprise KPIs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build financial models, measure performance, and influence strategic decisions that drive growth.

Qualifications

• University degree in a quantitative field required.
• 3–5+ years in analytics, financial modelling, or related roles.
• Advanced forecasting and performance measurement skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with data/analytical software (SAS, Python or R) is a plus.
• Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Strong customer analytics, statistical modelling, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders.

Our typical *hiring range* is between $64,000 and $85,000 CAD. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
