Job summary

Canadian Tire Services Limited/Canadian Tire Bank is seeking an AML Data Program Manager to lead analytics and reporting for the AML program. You will transform data into actionable insights, partnering with Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to support risk management and regulatory compliance.

This role requires autonomous leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for AML leadership and governance

Qualifications

Proven ability to transform complex business problems into analytical solutions.
Experience building dashboards and executive reports.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
Comfort with large datasets and data governance practices.
Experience with AML/fraud or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own AML reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and KRIs for executive decision-making.
Analyze large datasets to identify risks, trends, and control gaps.
Deliver regulatory and governance reporting to support program oversight.
Develop analytical frameworks to assess monitoring effectiveness and risk coverage.
Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to prioritize enhancements.
