Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Transport Canada AME M2 Licence.
• Type Rating or experience with B757, B767, B777.
• RAIC and AVOP required.
• MS Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assign, coordinate and ensure timely completion of work by Technicians and Apprentices.
• Perform required aircraft inspection duties to meet Airworthiness standards.
• Maintain shop and base equipment, ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Manage staffing levels, interview and hire, conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain and file maintenance records and ensure proper handover.
• Coordinate maintenance shift handovers and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Management System and regulations.
