Job summary

Cargojet in Canada seeks a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME M2) to certify airworthiness and keep our fleet ready for nightly operations.

You will perform maintenance, inspections and repairs per MCM/MPM, manage certification and release, and ensure compliance with safety, SMS and regulatory standards on wide-body aircraft such as B757, B767 and B777. A TC AME M2 licence is required.

Qualifications

• TC AME M2 licence (required).
• Experience with large commercial aircraft recommended.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft.
• Certify aircraft as airworthy and perform maintenance releases.
• Maintain documentation and records per regulations and company procedures.
• Ensure a safe and compliant hangar environment and assist with training where needed.
