Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval, Quebec seeks an experienced professional to manage completion definitions for interior and exterior aircraft finishes and configurations. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field such as aeronautical engineering, aviation management or business administration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business or commercial aviation.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with solid project management ability.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact with our customer base for completion definitions and configurations.
• Support international and domestic wide-body sales teams on completion issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Program Management, Estimation, Finance, Legal, Contract Management and Sales to align specifications with business strategy.
• Obtain necessary management and customer approvals to commit to the build and delivery of the completion package.
• Lead delivery activities with customers to ensure a seamless process and excellent customer experience.
