Job summary

MCI Canada seeks a senior travel professional to lead air and destination strategy for incentive and group programs. You will advise on destinations, assess air access, and manage end‑to‑end flight planning and ticketing for participants.

Responsibilities include budget modeling, cost-saving strategies, and on-site support during programs. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus. Remote/hybrid work with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in international corporate, group or incentive air travel.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one global distribution system (Sabre/Amadeus/Travelport).
• Strong knowledge of airline networks, fare rules and ticketing processes.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with high accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend destinations for incentive and group travel programs.
• Assess airlift viability from priority origin markets and monitor route developments.
• Develop destination comparison analyses with trade‑offs and cost implications.
• Create and manage air budgets, cost models and scenario analyses.
• Provide guest‑friendly routing options and clear recommendations to clients.
