Job summary

Infosys / Rogers is seeking an AI Technical Lead with 8+ years IT experience and 5+ years in Contact Center and Conversational AI to design and implement enterprise AI solutions using Conversational AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies. You will lead architectural decisions, mentor teams, and ensure performance, security, and scalability across projects.

The position is based at the Rogers client office in Toronto, Ontario, with five days onsite.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Contact Center & Conversational AI.
• Experience with Google CCAI/CES, Dialogflow CX/ES, Vertex AI.
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Python, REST APIs, and GCP.
• Knowledge of IVR, Voice Bots, Chatbots, STT/TTS, and Contact Center platforms (Genesys, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, Five9).

Responsibilities

• Lead Conversational AI solution architecture and implementation.
• Design scalable AI-powered voice and chatbot solutions.
• Integrate AI with Contact Center and enterprise applications.
• Mentor development teams and ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
