Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a seasoned Software Quality Engineer to empower the DevOps enablement team. You will design AI-focused tests, build automation, and ensure high-quality AI integrations across pipelines and services.

The role requires strong programming in Java/Python, experience with Selenium/Playwright, and hands-on QA across API, database, and microservice testing in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in Quality Engineering or QA automation.
Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or Groovy.
Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
Hands-on with Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
Experience with API, database, and microservice testing.

Responsibilities

Design and execute exploratory, automated, and AI-focused tests.
Define test plans, cases, and data for multiple testing types.
Develop scalable test automation frameworks.
Create automated tests for AI-enabled features and prompts.
Validate integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and microservices.
Integrate testing into CI/CD with DevOps teams.
Document defects and drive quality improvements.
Communicate results and risks to stakeholders.
