Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer (QE) / SDET to lead AI chatbot validation and ensure high-quality DevOps pipelines.

You will partner with DevOps, Development, Product, and QE teams to design AI-focused tests, define strategies, and build scalable automation frameworks. You will validate AI integrations, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines, while ensuring deterministic and non-deterministic AI behavior is thoroughly tested.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QE experience.
• 5+ years in test automation.
• Experience with AI-enabled tests and AI quality concepts.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, Playwright, RestAssured.
• Experience testing APIs, databases, microservices, and regression suites.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and test data creation.
• Knowledge of TDD/ATDD/BDD and risk-based testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute exploratory, automated, and AI-focused tests.
• Define quality strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Build automated tests for AI-enabled features and prompts.
• Validate AI integrations, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps.
• Document defects, track resolution, and report quality metrics.
