Job summary

360training is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated testing across our software development and deployment processes. You will work with developers, QA, and DevOps to embed reliable tests into CI/CD pipelines, improving release speed and quality.

You will leverage AI-assisted testing tools to enhance coverage and diagnose failures, while mentoring teammates in automation best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software QA experience with at least 2 years in test automation.
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar frameworks.
• Experience testing web apps, APIs and integrations.
• Experience integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests for web apps, APIs and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, QA and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD.
• Translate requirements into reliable, maintainable tests.
• Address flaky tests and establish repeatable test-data practices.
• Support manual testing when needed.
