Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive delivery across its AI Platform and Data Products initiatives. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Client Service to shape roadmaps, manage dependencies, and launch multi-workstream programs.

This hybrid role is based in our Toronto office. You will plan roadmaps, write detailed requirements, and coordinate across teams to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and deliver against

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Product Management experience.
• Experience delivering API, integration, SaaS platform, and data products.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and launch readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with software engineering teams and cross-functional groups.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain product roadmaps across AI, data, and platform initiatives.
• Write detailed product requirements with acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource constraints.
• Translate requirements into project plans, milestones, and execution strategies.
• Track roadmap commitments and ensure alignment across teams.
• Drive execution of concurrent programs and manage risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and prepare executive updates and launch communications.
• Support external partners and onboard third-party integrations.
