Cohere, a leading security-first enterprise AI company, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain customer-facing workflows within the North platform. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with Product, UX, ML, and Sales, and work with customers in the finance domain to integrate with enterprise data sources.

You will extend core platform capabilities, ensure reliability and security, and contribute to auditability and governance in an enterprise-grade

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack product engineering.
• Built, shipped, and operated production software used by thousands of users.
• Strong product judgment and attention to end-user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, ship, and maintain customer facing workflows and agentic automations.
• Own features end-to-end from design through testing and launch.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, ML, and Sales to validate requirements and prototype quickly.
• Work closely with customers in the finance domain.
• Develop interfaces that integrate with financial data sources and enterprise tools.
• Extend platform capabilities to support finance-specific requirements and ensure reliability, security, and auditability.
• Develop collaborative workspaces with access controls and data isolation.
