Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a hands-on technical leader to guide and deliver AI-enabled solutions end to end. You will lead architecture and hands-on delivery across full stack, cloud, data, and AI components, incorporating agentic AI practices and reusable harnesses.

You will shape use cases with clients, establish standards for AI-native engineering, and ensure secure, scalable implementations with strong observability and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience building and shipping full stack or cloud-native systems.
• Strong software and cloud engineering foundations with API and microservice experience.
• Hands-on full stack development with React/Angular and Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Fluency with AI-native development tools and agent modes across SDLC.
• Experience with cloud-native delivery: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and hands-on delivery of AI-enabled solutions across stack and cloud.
• Guide client adoption of agentic AI across the SDLC with reusable harnesses and agents.
• Set AI-native practices across design, coding, testing, review, and delivery.
• Help teams create skills, agents, and subagents to improve workflows.
• Ensure secure design, observability, and production readiness.
• Design production-grade agentic apps with orchestration and guardrails.
• Define evaluation metrics for accuracy, latency, safety, reliability, cost.
• Shape data and knowledge foundations for agentic solutions and graphs.
