Job summary

Accenture Canada is seeking a hands-on AI Full Stack Development Lead to design, build, and deliver cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions. You will guide teams, own delivery outcomes, and stay hands-on when needed while collaborating with client and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will work in a fast-paced delivery pod embedded in a larger Accenture team focusing on enterprise AI programs for a major client in transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant software development experience with leadership.
• Strong full stack experience with React/Angular and Node.js, Python or Java.
• Experience building REST APIs and cloud deployments (GCP).
• Hands-on AI/ML experience including LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• English fluency for multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI-enabled, cloud-native applications.
• Guide teams, manage delivery risks, and review technical outputs.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs.
• Build and deploy REST APIs and backend integration patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery from solution design to production support.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and drive milestone planning.
