Job summary

Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking a Sr. AI Developer to help shape its AI CoE. You will design and build AI-powered applications, integrating LLMs and RAG to deliver scalable web solutions using ASP.NET/.NET, Node.js, Angular, and React/Next.js on Azure.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI app development, modern development practices, and collaboration with internal teams and external customers. GTA location with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience with ASP.NET/.NET, SQL Server, Node.js, and Angular.
• Proven experience building modern, scalable web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Databricks.
• Practical experience developing AI applications using LLMs and RAG.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development and vibe coding.
• Ability to take ownership of development projects and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and integrate AI into custom business solutions.
• Deliver applications supporting internal corporate teams and external customers.
• Work across the full application development lifecycle with a frontend bias preferred.
