Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a senior product designer to shape an AI-first user experience for its web and mobile products. You will lead end-to-end design across product, engineering and other designers to convert complex workflows into simple, intuitive tools for frontline teams.

With 6+ years in SaaS/B2B product design, you will craft AI features, maintain visual and interaction design excellence, and advocate for reusable design systems that scale across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• More than 6 years of experience in product design for SaaS B2B or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-based features such as natural language interfaces, agents and predictive analytics for real users facing concrete problems.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a keen eye for typography, spacing, color, layout and animation.
• Systemic thinking to identify recurring patterns, design reusable elements and anticipate impact at product scale.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI-based product interfaces for web and mobile—from problem definition to high-fidelity implementation.
• Design AI-enabled experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and site managers, simplifying and optimizing workflows without adding complexity.
• Translate evolving AI problems into clear, verifiable design solutions in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Adopt a systemic approach: identify recurring patterns, design for reuse and contribute.

Nous recherchons un concepteur produit senior alliant un savoir-faire exceptionnel à une réflexion approfondie sur les produits afin de façonner l'expérience produit « AI-first » de MaintainX. Vous dirigerez la conception de bout en bout pour le web et le mobile, en collaboration avec les chefs de produit, les ingénieurs et les concepteurs, afin de transformer des flux de travail complexes en outils simples et intuitifs destinés aux collaborateurs de première ligne.

Ce que vous ferez :

• Concevoir de bout en bout des interfaces produit basées sur l’IA pour le Web et les appareils mobiles — de la définition du problème à la mise en œuvre en haute fidélité.

  Concevoir des expériences basées sur l’IA pour les utilisateurs de première ligne, tels que les techniciens de maintenance et les responsables d’installations, en simplifiant et en optimisant les flux de travail sans ajouter de complexité.

  Traduire des problématiques d’IA ambiguës et en constante évolution en solutions de conception claires et vérifiables, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes produit et d’ingénierie.

  Adopter une approche systémique : repérer les schémas récurrents, concevoir dans une optique de réutilisation et contribuer.

A propos de vous :

• Plus de 6 ans d’expérience en conception de produits dans le domaine du SaaS B2B ou des plateformes d’entreprise.

• Expérience pratique dans la conception de fonctionnalités basées sur l’IA, telles que des interfaces en langage naturel, des agents et des analyses prédictives destinées à des utilisateurs réels confrontés à des problèmes concrets.

• Compétences exceptionnelles en conception visuelle et en conception d’interactions, avec un sens aigu de la typographie, de l’espacement, des couleurs, de la mise en page et de l’animation.

• Esprit systémique capable de repérer naturellement les schémas récurrents, de concevoir des éléments réutilisables et d’anticiper l’impact des choix de conception à l’échelle de l’ensemble du produit.
