Qualifications

• Proven production-quality Python or TypeScript development.
• Deep AI development experience building agentic apps with frontier models.
• Experience with MCP, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evals, and observability.
• Proven track record delivering production-ready AI agents and automation workflows that solve business problems.
• Portfolio of AI-powered solutions with measurable impact and depth.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents, applications, and automation workflows for product, product marketing, and design teams.
• Transform repetitive processes into intelligent automations to scale output.
• Collaborate with product/business teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Develop reusable AI components, shared agents, and automation frameworks for future use.
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
