Ideal candidates have a MS or PhD and 5+ years of production ML experience, with strengths in reinforcement learning, AI planning, and multi-agent systems. The position emphasizes collaboration and cutting-edge research in real-time applications.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/ML/Robotics or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on ML systems development in production, preferably real-time or interactive environments.
• Strong background in RL, fine-tuning, decision-making under uncertainty, AI planning, or multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale AI agent systems in Unity environments enabling goal-directed behavior and environment-aware decision-making.
• Develop reusable agentic frameworks such as planning modules and memory systems for creators to extend.
• Develop AI models for the Unity agentic system and integrate ML models within real-time engine constraints for latency and determinism.
