Miratech is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our US healthcare client and help build an enterprise AI platform with Python, LangGraph and LangChain. You will design and implement AI-powered workflows, conversational experiences, and multi-agent orchestration at scale, collaborating with a high-performing global engineering team.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Python development, 2+ years with LangGraph and LangChain, and strong experience delivering production-grade AI solutions in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Python development in enterprise apps.
• 2+ years with LangGraph, including agent workflows.
• 2+ years with LangChain, including LLM-powered apps and tool integration.
• Strong grasp of agentic AI concepts, orchestration, and memory management.
• Experience delivering production-grade Generative AI solutions.
• Experience integrating AI apps with enterprise platforms, backends, and APIs.
• Experience designing conversational AI and chat-based applications in production.
• Familiarity with AI observability, telemetry, and evaluation platforms.
• Strong software engineering practices and agile development experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI agents and orchestration capabilities.
• Build AI-enabled guided workflows and automation capabilities.
• Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI and chat-based experiences.
• Implement agent planning, orchestration, memory, tool-calling, and response-generation capabilities.
• Integrate AI agents and applications with enterprise systems, services, and APIs.
• Support modern AI integration frameworks and agent communication patterns.
• Implement AI observability, monitoring, telemetry, and performance tracking capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to accelerate platform development and business use case delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges, improve solution reliability, and drive continuous platform enhancements.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, best practices, and scalable AI engineering standards.
