Miratech Group in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our US healthcare client project. You will architect and implement enterprise AI platforms, leveraging LangGraph, LangChain and Python to deliver scalable, production-grade AI workflows and conversational experiences.

You will work with a high-performing engineering team, drive AI agent orchestration, observability, and integration with enterprise systems while advancing AI capabilities across multiple business functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• 2+ years with LangGraph including agent workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• 2+ years with LangChain for LLM-powered apps, tool integrations and RAG.
• Experience building production-grade Generative AI applications and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI agents and orchestration using Python, LangGraph and LangChain.
• Build and extend AI-enabled guided workflows and automation capabilities.
• Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI and chat-based experiences.
• Implement agent planning, orchestration, memory, tool-calling, and response-generation capabilities.
• Integrate AI agents and applications with enterprise systems, services and APIs.
• Support modern AI integration frameworks and agent communication patterns.
• Implement AI observability, monitoring, telemetry, and performance tracking capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to accelerate platform development.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges, improve solution reliability, and drive platform enhancements.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and scalable AI engineering standards.
