Job summary

Miratech seeks a Senior AI Engineer to join our enterprise AI initiative and enhance a centralized AI orchestration platform. You will work with Python, LangGraph, and LangChain to enable intelligent workflows and AI-powered chat across multiple business use cases.

You will contribute to agent planning, tool invocation, and integration with backend systems, while leveraging AI observability capabilities to improve reliability and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python programming and application development experience.
• Practical experience with LangGraph, building agent workflows, stateful orchestration and AI-driven execution flows.
• Experience developing LLM-powered applications with LangChain, including integrating tools and external services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI agents and orchestration capabilities using Python, LangGraph and LangChain.
• Build and extend AI-enabled guided workflows within the platform.
• Contribute to the development of conversational AI and chat-based experiences.
• Implement agent planning, orchestration, tool invocation and response-synthesis capabilities.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise backend systems and services.
• Support integration patterns using MCP and A2A communication.
• Work with AI observability and telemetry capabilities, including Arize.
• Collaborate with engineers to accelerate platform development and delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve reliability of AI capabilities.
