Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong Python experience and expertise in LangGraph and LangChain to join our US healthcare client. You will help build and enhance an enterprise AI platform enabling intelligent workflows, conversational experiences, and automation across multiple business functions.

You will design, implement and optimize AI agents, orchestration, memory, tool-calling, and integration with enterprise services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Python development and enterprise app experience.
• 2+ years with LangGraph including agent workflows, stateful orchestration and multi-agent systems.
• 2+ years with LangChain, building LLM-powered apps, tool integrations and RAG.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts: planning, orchestration, memory, tool-calling.
• Experience deploying production-grade Generative AI applications.
• Experience integrating AI apps with enterprise platforms and APIs.
• Experience designing conversational AI and chat-based apps in production.
• Familiarity with AI observability, telemetry and evaluation platforms.
• Strong software engineering practices, testing, debugging and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and orchestration using Python, LangGraph and LangChain.
• Extend AI-enabled guided workflows and automation capabilities.
• Design and optimize conversational AI experiences.
• Implement agent planning, orchestration, memory and tool-calling.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Support modern AI integration frameworks and agent communication patterns.
• Implement AI observability, telemetry and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to accelerate platform delivery.
