Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the Brampton office and drive AI-driven solutions for dispatch, billing, compliance, and fleet operations.

You will design and deploy MCP servers and multi-agent workflows, integrate LLMs, and build robust retrieval pipelines (RAG, KAG, CAG) within a production environment. The role requires 4 years of AI/ML experience, a Bachelor's degree in CS/AI, and strong Python development skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience building production-grade AI applications in Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy MCP servers exposing domain services as AI tools.
• Build multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks and agent-to-agent communication protocols.
• Develop and optimize knowledge retrieval pipelines using RAG, KAG, and CAG strategies.
• Design hybrid retrieval architectures routing between CAG, RAG, and KAG for complex reasoning.
• Implement LLM integration layers—prompt engineering, function calling, output parsing, and model routing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate workflows into agent capabilities.
• Deploy and maintain agent infrastructure on Kubernetes with GitOps and observability tooling.
