Job summary

CAA Club Group is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to lead applied AI initiatives across our enterprise in Vaughan. You will guide IT teams, translate requirements into reusable AI patterns, and create proofs of concept to demonstrate feasibility.

You will design RAG pipelines, integrate vector databases, and work with security, architecture, data, and platform teams to productionize AI-enabled solutions while ensuring performance, cost control, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, data science, or applied AI delivery.
• Experience moving AI solutions from concept to production in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and model integration.

Responsibilities

• Guide IT teams in identifying and designing applied AI capabilities.
• Translate requirements into reusable AI patterns and designs for delivery teams.
• Create proofs of concept and prototypes for feasibility testing.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines with embeddings and retrieval strategies.
• Partner with architecture, security, data, and platform teams to productionize AI solutions.
