Kinaxis is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer for the Data Fabric team to design and implement execution patterns, tool-calling infrastructure, and runtime guardrails enabling agentic workflows on enterprise data at scale.

You will build core services to connect LLMs to governed data on Databricks, wire workflows across Delta Lake and Unity Catalog, and ship APIs and SDKs adopted at scale.

Qualifications

• Track record architecting resilient execution workflows, APIs and production platforms.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks, tool calling, state management and retries.
• Experience designing observable, self-correcting workflows with governance.
• Experience applying automated testing and guardrails for agent outputs.
• Proficient in Python runtimes, async services and developer SDKs.

Responsibilities

• AI harness & execution layer: Build core services and runtimes that connect LLMs to governed data on Databricks.
• Data Fabric integration: Wire agent workflows into Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, SQL endpoints, across GCP and Azure.
• Tenant isolation & data safety: Design multi-tenant boundaries across data, compute, identity and execution context.
• Platform components: Ship production-ready APIs, SDKs, reference implementations and runbooks.
