Job summary

MDA Space is seeking an AI Program Manager for our Montreal satellite systems team. The role translates AI strategy into actionable execution, coordinating delivery, governance, and secure, value-driven AI adoption across business units.

You will partner with local departments, manage AI initiatives, and ensure responsible AI, data security, and policy alignment while communicating clearly with stakeholders and customers in both official languages.

Qualifications

5+ years in program management, operations, product enablement or tech delivery.
Experience with AI, data analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation.
Bilingual French and English required for Quebec/Ontario interactions.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of core enterprise AI initiatives.
Develop, prioritize, and coordinate the AI roadmap for the business unit.
Coordinate with internal AI teams on evaluation, benchmarks, datasets and tools.
Translate strategy into actionable plans and day-to-day execution.
Monitor AI deployments and coordinate timely resolution with teams.
