Job summary

Clutch Technologies Inc. in Toronto is seeking a builder who can own important product problems end-to-end, from understanding the business and user problem through building and shipping the solution.

You’ll immerse yourself in Clutch’s operations, customers, systems, processes, and data to understand how things actually work, shape product solutions, and use AI-assisted tools to ship working software across the front end and back end.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building digital products in product design, product management, software engineering, or a hands-on product role.
• Strong product sense and ability to think about product and business as a whole.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into thoughtful, practical solutions.
• Strong UX instincts and a high bar for intuitive, enjoyable products.
• Curiosity about users and willingness to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.
• Comfort using AI-assisted or agentic tools to build software.

Responsibilities

• Own important product problems end-to-end from understanding the problem to building and shipping the solution.
• Immerse yourself in Clutch’s operations, customers, systems, processes, and data to understand how things actually work.
• Shape product solutions and design elegant experiences users enjoy using.
• Use AI and agentic development tools to build working products across front end and back end.
• Work with APIs, business logic, data, and existing systems to turn ideas into functioning software.
• Put working products in front of stakeholders and users early to gather feedback and iterate.
