Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Senior AI Analyst (T & I) to join the AI Lab. This hybrid, contract-long-term role focuses on prototyping, deploying AI features, and integrating LLMs into media platforms.

You will collaborate with product, architecture and data science teams, leveraging tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate development while upholding security and quality standards. Bilingual English/French required.

Qualifications

• University degree in software engineering, computer science, data science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on software design experience.
• Functional bilingualism (English and French) essential for Canada-wide communications.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in the full life cycle (prototyping, development, deployment) of AI-driven applications and features.
• Help fine-tune, evaluate and integrate large language models (LLMs) into core business processes.
• Set up and maintain testing, monitoring, feedback and performance assessment protocols for AI systems.
• Assist the team in connecting intelligent agents to internal/external services and APIs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into digital platforms.
• Conduct exploratory proofs of concept bridging AI with legacy systems and new products.
• Leverage AI co-pilots to accelerate development while ensuring test coverage and security.
