Recruitment Process

To join the program, after you complete your application you will be invited to take an open book qualification exam. We will provide guidelines and learning materials in advance, and you can complete the exam at your convenience within a specific timeframe.

As part of our hiring process, candidates who progress past the initial screening and qualification stages may be asked to complete a third-party identity and background verification.
