Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Staff Applied AI/ML Scientist to define, lead and scale AI/ML solutions across the enterprise. You will set technical direction, design solutions for complex systems, and ensure ethical, scalable implementations with measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with product, technology and business teams to drive AI feasibility, risk assessment, and value realization on a multi-year roadmap.

Qualifications

• 9-12 years of AI/ML research in industrial/corporate settings or equivalent
• Experience leading applied AI/ML solution delivery for high-impact business problems
• Experience designing complex AI/ML solutions with multiple models and production deployment
• Experience guiding adoption of emerging AI/ML methods at scale
• Experience establishing domain-wide frameworks for AI/ML solution design and implementation

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and scale AI/ML solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Provide technical leadership and design scalable AI/ML architectures
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering and business teams
• Establish frameworks for productionizing AI/ML and measuring model impact
