Zusammenfassung

Desjardins is seeking a senior advisor to lead the adoption and integration of generative AI within the Property and Casualty IT Division. You will define strategies, governance, roadmaps, and tooling, aligning with the group’s AI directions and driving transformation across IT and business processes.

You will monitor benefits with KPIs, collaborate across sectors, identify high‑value use cases, promote best practices, and scale initiatives.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum eight years of relevant experience.
Experience improving IT practices with AI.
Knowledge of French is required.

Define strategy and governance for AI initiatives.
Develop vision, directions and road maps for AI integration.
Monitor performance and evaluate benefits using KPIs.
Act as liaison for cross-sector AI initiatives.
Identify and frame opportunities and high-potential use cases.
Develop frameworks and best practices for generative AI use.
Scale and reproduce successful AI initiatives.
Support and skill development within the division.
Lead AI champions community and ensure alignment with directions.
Design and facilitate awareness, training and adoption activities.
Monitor emerging technologies and assess integration potential.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote AI adoption.
