Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a senior advisor to lead the adoption and integration of generative AI within the P&C IT division. You will define strategy, governance, and road maps, evaluate use cases, and drive AI initiatives across IT and business processes.

You will champion AI capabilities, coordinate with stakeholders, and support a culture of learning and value demonstration, while aligning with Desjardins AI directions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience
• Experience improving IT practices with AI
• Knowledge of French is required
• Proficiency with IT ecosystems, Agile practices, DevSecOps and quality assurance

Responsibilities

• Strategy and governance: define vision, road map for integrating generative AI and improve SDLC.
• Identifying opportunities: evaluate business value, risk and feasibility of AI use cases.
• Support and skill development: lead AI champions community and run training sessions.
• Monitoring and innovation: monitor emerging technologies and promote adoption of AI practices.
