Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a senior advisor to lead the adoption and integration of generative AI within its Property and Casualty IT sector. You will shape AI strategy, govern initiatives, and track benefits while aligning with the group’s AI directions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, promote AI best practices, and support skill development across the division, including working with diverse audiences and ensuring value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum eight years of relevant IT experience preferred.
• Experience improving IT practices with AI is essential.
• Knowledge of French is required; proficiency in IT ecosystems, Agile, DevSecOps and QA is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption and integration across the P&C IT division.
• Define governance and roadmaps for generative AI initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and measure benefits of AI programs.
• Collaborate across sectors to promote AI practices and solutions.
