Job summary

Deloitte Canada in Toronto, hybrid, is actively seeking a Senior Agile Coach for a 1-year fixed-term assignment within its Operate practice. The role focuses on driving business agility, coaching teams and leaders, and embedding Agile across a financial services environment.

You will partner with Product Owners, leadership, and stakeholders to raise maturity, improve delivery outcomes, and enable high-performing teams while leveraging Jira and Confluence for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Agile environments, including coaching roles.
• Proven ability to coach teams, Product Owners, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in multiple Agile frameworks and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and governance with cross-functional partners.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and data-driven decision making.
