Job summary

LeestaIndustries, now part of PursuitAerospace, seeks a senior quality leader to oversee QA, QC, inspection, and quality systems in aerospace manufacturing.

You will lead internal, customer, and certification audits, drive corrective actions, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve performance. Fluency in French and English and AS9100 knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience managing quality teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality systems.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.
• Experience with corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a multidisciplinary quality team responsible for QA, QC, inspection and quality systems.
• Oversee internal, customer, and certification audits, including Management Reviews.
• Drive nonconformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and support manufacturing performance.
• Oversee supplier quality, inspection activities, and process validation, including FAI and APQP/PPAP.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and report results to senior leadership.
• Serve as primary quality representative with customers, certification bodies, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and quality ownership.
