Job description

As a trusted partner in aerospace manufacturing, we produce components that meet the highest standards of excellence. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist, to join our team and help ensure our processes and products meet customer and industry requirements.

This is a great opportunity for an intermediate-level professional who enjoys technical work, collaborating with others, and contributing to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities: prepare documentation, track actions, and ensure decisions are recorded and implemented;
  • Manage non-conformity reports (NCRs) and assist with follow-up actions involving internal teams and suppliers;
  • Participate in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, including Key Piece Characteristics (KPCs);
  • Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and assist in preparing quality concessions;
  • Assist with internal and supplier audits to help ensure compliance with standards and processes;
  • Maintain up-to-date quality records and documentation that meet customer and regulatory expectations;
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities as part of your regular responsibilities.
Job qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in aerospace quality assurance —intermediate level, comfortable working independently on assigned tasks;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline). A technical diploma with extensive relevant experience may also be considered;
  • Understanding of metalwork manufacturing processes and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications;
  • Proficient in applying AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards, handling PPAPs, and using customer portals;
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, team player, and effective communicator who collaborates well with cross‑functional teams and suppliers;
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Power BI is an asset);
