Job summary

RAMPF Composite Solutions (CAN) is seeking a senior Quality Engineering Specialist to own day-to-day quality execution across inspection, supplier quality, nonconformance, and customer documentation. The role also improves underlying QMS to drive consistent, scalable performance.

The right candidate has previously built or mature quality systems, with hands-on metrology experience and AS9100 familiarity. Office-based in Canada, with emphasis on shop-floor impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in aerospace or high-complexity composite manufacturing quality.
• Proven ability to mature quality systems beyond maintenance.
• Hands-on with metrology equipment (Romer arm, laser tracker) and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• AS9100 internal auditor certification or equivalent.
• Experience with NCR/CAPA processes and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day quality execution across inspection, supplier quality, nonconformance, and customer documentation.
• Develop and implement standardized inspection plans, gauge management, and MSA practices.
• Lead FAI/FAIR activities and coordinate data packages with engineering and manufacturing.
• Serve as primary quality contact for customer reps, concessions, and corrective actions.
