Desjardins seeks a Senior Advisor, Philanthropy & Charitable Partnerships to lead the development and evaluation of high-impact partnerships across Ontario, Atlantic Canada, and Western Canada. Qualifikationen

• Seven years or more of progressive experience in philanthropy, charitable partnerships, or related fields.
• Experience developing strategies, recommendations, and executive presentations for senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability managing complex strategic partnerships at executive levels.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage a pipeline of charitable partnership opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead development, negotiation, and management of high-value charitable partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across hospitals, foundations, universities, and other institutions.
• Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting methodologies to assess impact and ROI.
• Provide thought leadership in philanthropy and partnership strategy.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, or in a related field
