Desjardins seeks a Senior Advisor, Philanthropy & Charitable Partnerships to lead the development, evaluation, and evolution of high-impact partnerships across Canada. You will shape investments in communities, build meaningful collaborations, and drive measurable social impact aligned with Desjardins’ purpose and priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Seven years of progressive experience in philanthropy, charitable partnerships, or related field.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
• Experience developing strategies, business cases, and executive presentations for senior leadership.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of corporate philanthropy and community investment trends.

• Develop and manage a pipeline of charitable partnership opportunities aligned with strategic priorities and values.
• Lead development, negotiation, and management of high-value charitable partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across hospitals, foundations, universities, and charitable organizations.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of partnerships and represent the organization at events.
• Develop strategic recommendations, investment rationales, and support executive decision-making.
• Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting for partnership performance and impact.
