NorQuest College is seeking a Sr. Advisor, Marketing to drive strategic marketing plans and multi‑channel campaigns. You will work with faculties, student recruitment, and corporate areas to advance student recruitment and retention while elevating brand and institutional priorities.
You will lead projects, set plans, manage budgets, and guide cross‑functional teams, blending data with creative execution to improve outcomes and alignment with the College's priorities.
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, the Sr. Advisor, Marketing provides a comprehensive range of marketing support and services for internal clients across the College, including faculties, student recruitment, and corporate service areas. This role has a direct and significant impact on NorQuest's brand and reputation through the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that support student recruitment, student retention, brand awareness, and institutional priorities.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the College, the Sr. Advisor, Marketing develops strategic marketing plans, manages complex projects, oversees multi-channel campaigns, and provides expert marketing consultation. The role works closely with marketing, communications, digital, web, and creative teams to deliver effective campaigns, evaluate performance, and continuously improve marketing outcomes while ensuring alignment with business objectives, branding standards, and the College's strategic priorities.
