The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is seeking a Senior Advisor, Continuous Improvement to lead medium- to large-scale process and policy optimization initiatives. You will apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to identify efficiencies, measure outcomes, and support sustainable organizational change. Based in Toronto, this in-office role partners with leaders to drive value and embed Lean across programs.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification and practical application in complex environments.
• Advanced analytical, critical-thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading or supporting medium to large-scale process improvements.
• Strong ability to map processes, analyze data, and produce evidence-based insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium- to large-scale Lean and DMAIC process and policy improvement projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and scope impactful initiatives.
• Define objectives, scope, and success measures; conduct root-cause analysis; develop implementation plans.
