Job summary

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is seeking a Business Analyst for the Information and Information Technology Division in Toronto. This contract role (up to 24 months) focuses on analyzing, documenting, and optimizing AGCO's digital products, including Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and SharePoint-based platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to define requirements, model processes, and support release planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Economics, or Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience.
CBAP designation is an asset.
Strong knowledge of BABOK and SDLC is required.
Analytical skills with experience reengineering business processes.
Experience coordinating multiple releases using MS Project, Jira, and DevOps.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document requirements for process optimization of AGCO's digital solutions.
Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and analyses.
Model current and future state processes with standard notation.
Lead release planning across product roadmaps.
Collaborate with developers and SMEs on technical vision.
Support review, prioritization, and sizing of change requests.
